 Pennecon Limited is the construction arm of the Penney
Group. Established over 30 years ago, it has grown from a small paving company
to a multi-disciplined organization.The Company provides services in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Alberta. Pennecon Limited is involved in the Residential, Commercial, Heavy Construction, and Energy Sectors. In the Residential and Commercial Sectors, the Company develops both Residential and Commercial Subdivisions. We are the largest supplier of Ready-mix Concrete and Reinforcing Steel in Newfoundland and Labrador and have a substantial presence in these fields in Nova Scotia as well. In the Construction Sector, we are involved in Crushing and Paving, Road building, Water and Sewer and Marine construction and also, in the installation of both steel and plastic natural gas pipelines. In the Energy Sector, we provide services in the Electrical Hydraulic and Instrumentation Fields. We also operate Port Facilities in Bay Bulls near St. John’s to provide services for the Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore. We have the personnel, the knowledge and the financial and technical resources that enable us to continually reach out to new clients, customers and markets.
