Description: Pennecon was responsible for drilling maintenance and refits for the Global Santa Fe Glomar Grand Banks. We completed the installation of a new pipe-racking system, and replacement of the ballast control tubing, followed by a hydro-test and hot oil flush. We then tested the entire system. Pennecon Energy supplied and installed oil-conditioning units for the thrusters’ lubrication system and the hydraulic azimuth system. We also completed the installation of a new transporter hydraulic system that was hydro tested and hot oil flushed on site, as well as installation of a Remote Operated Vehicle platform and docking structure. |
