Larry Puddister, P.Eng.
President
Pennecon Limited
Mr. Puddister graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1993 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons). As a professional engineer, he has more than 20 years experience in the civil engineering field, exclusively construction related.
Mr. Puddister’s experience covers a wide variety of projects ranging from hydro developments to major concrete construction, mine developments, commercial development, road construction and other heavy civil projects. His many roles are diversified, having assumed positions in the areas of Chief Operating Officer, general management, project management, estimation, sub-contractor coordination, and field engineering and quality assurance.
With McNamara Construction Company from 1987-1993,
he worked as estimator and project engineer, moving
on to become Senior Project Manager and Estimator
from 1994-1996. From 1997-2005 Mr. Puddister worked
as President and General Manager with Northland
Contracting Inc. and from 2005 to 2006 as the Managing
Director of the Heavy Civil Division of Pennecon
Limited, where he was responsible for managing all
aspects of the Heavy Civil Division. From 2006 to
2007 Mr. Puddister served as the Chief Operating
Officer for Pennecon, where he oversaw all aspects
of the day-to-day operations. Most recently, Mr.
Puddister assumed the role of President of Pennecon.
In this position he also serves as liaison between
all divisions and the Board of Directors.

Brad Cole, P.Eng.
Vice President, Pennecon Heavy Civil Limited
Mr. Cole graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1988 with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering, going on to obtain a management certificate from the Aston Business School, Birmingham, England in 1999. Mr. Cole has 19 years experience supervising heavy civil construction projects, including extensive involvement with numerous hydroelectric projects. Mr. Cole’s specializations include concrete and marine structures, control blasting and earth movement on road construction, and site development projects. He has also been involved as lead estimator on various projects ranging from major highway projects, marine concrete caissons, bridge and overpass projects, water and sewer, and industrial and commercial developments.
Mr. Cole worked on the Cat Arm Hydro Electric development and with the Department of Works and Service and Transportation in New Brunswick before joining Olympic Construction Ltd. in 1988. He worked with Olympic Construction Ltd. as Project Engineer where he managed scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, cost control, contract administration and safety. Prior to joining the Pennecon team in 2006 he was the Vice President and General Manager of Challenger Construction for a short period and worked for McNamara Construction for almost 15 years as Construction/Operations Manager and as Project Manager. While with McNamara he managed several key projects including the Granite Canal and Star Lake Hydro Electric developments; work on Terra Nova and Hibernia projects; Strait Crossing Fixed Link in PEI; and Abitibi Price Effluent Treatment Plant. He is currently Senior Vice President, Pennecon Limited, Heavy Civil Division.
Mr. Cole is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and has received training in a number of specialized areas including transportation of dangerous goods, WHIMS, power line hazards and Occupational Health and Safety. He is also a director with the Newfoundland and Labrador Roadbuilders/Heavy Civil Association.

Don Noseworthy, P.Eng.
Senior Vice President, Pennecon Limited
Energy Division
Mr. Noseworthy graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1981 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electrical).
His working career as an Electrical Engineer includes work with the electrical utility in Grand Falls, NL from 1981 to 1983 in projects related to utility design and construction. He spent time with an engineering consulting firm in St. John’s, NL from 1983 to 1995 in the position of Manager and Board Member working with projects related to commercial and industrial building design and construction management. Mr. Noseworthy has also worked as a construction manager from 1995 to 2000 dealing with projects including Electrical Project Manager for the Confederation Bridge, Newfoundland Transshipment Terminal and Terra Nova FPSO Topsides Fabrication.
In June of 2000, Mr. Noseworthy became a partner in Pennecon Limited. He presently holds several positions including Senior Vice President, Pennecon Limited, Energy Division, as well as, Vice President, and President Positions within several other Pennecon Limited subsidiary companies.
His corporate focus with Pennecon Limited has been the development of its Industrial and Energy interests, including multi-trade construction, onshore and offshore labour support, maintenance and service, fabrication, drill rig survey and refit and international energy ventures.

Edward Murphy, C.A.
Senior Vice President, Pennecon Limited
Finance
Mr. Murphy graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1970 and started his career with Doane Raymond Chartered Accountants the same year. Mr. Murphy received his C.A. designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland in 1972. Mr. Murphy held various positions with Doane Raymond during his approximately 20 years with the company, including audit manager, manager of the Marystown, NL office, and then as a senior partner in the firm in 1992. Later in the year, Mr. Murphy joined CHC Helicopters as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, where he was responsible for the supervision of corporate accounting, budgeting, management systems, financial systems, corporate taxation matters, and communications with regulatory authorities such as the Ontario Securities Commission, Toronto Stock Exchange, and The US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Murphy joined the Penney Group of Companies in 1996 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing his vast experience to our company, moving on to the Vice President role in Pennecon Limited. Currently, Edward Joseph Murphy is the President of the Penney Group and also holds the title of Senior Vice President, Finance, Pennecon Limited.

Jerry David White, C.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Pennecon Limited
Mr. White entered the Commerce Faculty at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1969 and finished in 1971. In 1972 Mr. White began working with Grant Thorton and went on to obtain his C.A. designation in 1977. Mr. White’s professional life has consisted of several long-term positions, commencing with Grant Thorton Chartered Accountants from 1971-1978 as a chartered accountant and audit manager. From 1978 to 2000, Mr. White shared a Partnership at Sullivan, Lewis and White, a Chartered Accountancy firm that provided auditing, accounting, income tax and management advisory services to a variety of diversified firms and organizations. In this partnership, Mr. White headed the audit accounting, taxation and special services for a large number of clients including the firm’s largest client. Mr. White left Sullivan, Lewis and White in September 2000 to join Pennecon Limited.
With Pennecon Limited, Mr. White is currently a member of the Management Team in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. White is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland, a Member of the Canada Institute of Chartered Accountants, as well as, the past Treasurer of the 1996 Newfoundland and Labrador Summer Games.

Michael O'Reilly, B.A, M.Sc
Corporate HSEQ Manager Pennecon Limited
Michael (Mike) O'Reilly graduated from Memorial University in 1998 with a B.A and continued on to an I.T diploma from ITI in Halifax.
Mike then spent the next 11 years working for Microsoft Corporation in the United States.
While working there, Mike completed a Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University.
Working across all divisions, his mandate is to direct, develop and maintain a clear vision of the HSEQ goals of Pennecon Limited. Mike is focused on the growth of Pennecon Limited as a leader in Health,
Safety, Environment and Quality in Newfoundland and Labrador as well as across Canada.
With Pennecon Limited, Mike is currently a member of the Management Team in the position of Corporate HSEQ manager.
