Description: Pennecon Concrete installed 3m X 3m Box Culverts, the largest box culvert placed in Newfoundland. Adding to the challenge of this project, the chambers were installed in a developed area. Therefore work had to be completed during set hours of the day. Because of this, we were working under strict deadlines to ensure regular operations of the shopping center.
