Pennecon’s Heavy Civil Division is involved in site infrastructure developments, marine construction, bridge and overpass construction and hydro-electric developments, undertaking numerous projects at any given time. Major clients include federal and provincial governments, the mining industry, utility companies and private developers.

Pennecon's Concrete Division services two primary markets in Atlantic Canada: the Greater Halifax Metropolitan Area and the St. John’s and surrounding area.  There are Precast operations in both locations that manufacture just about anything in the Precast industry from paving stones and concrete blocks, to bridge girders and tilt-up buildings.

Pennecon’s Energy Division is the newest addition to the company.  The energy division was established to pursue opportunities related to the development of the offshore oil and gas industry in Eastern Canada.  More recently the energy division has expanded into Alberta, where the company believes it is well positioned to capitalize on the many emerging opportunities.

Pennecon's Real Estate Division constructs both residential and commercial projects with three residential projects currently under development: Elizabeth Park and Adams Pond in Newfoundland and Pine Breeze Estates in Nova Scotia and a commercial development underway at Octagon Industrial Park, Paradise.
